DuPad

Making Class Easy

The DuPad was built for my first ever hackathon, Idea Hacks 2016. We decided to build a device using an Arduino 101 that would allow students to study more effectively, by integrating a pomodoro timer and note taking directly into a single module. It also had light sensors to automatically start a time when opened, and a buttons to start and stop. In addition, it had a large LCD screen to further provide a simple interface for the user

The DuPad won us the Idea Hacks 2016, and led us to represent Intel and UWC at a number of other presentations and events, even resulting in a video on my journey through UWC's MakerSpace, the Ideas Hub.
